GEMMA KAHNG

Gemma Kahng started her creative career studying fashion at the Art Institute of Chicago. From there, she quickly became a prominent fashion designer in New York, styling numerous celebrities including Madonna, Pink, Julia Roberts, and Sharon Stone. Today, Gemma brings her unique talent to the canvas where her most recent work centers around paintings of vibrant animals and the many astonishing forms observed in nature.  In 2019, Gemma founded the Beekman Arts Club, a fine art gallery and event space, tucked into the beautiful landscape of the Hudson Valley, NY.

Like her glamorous clothing designs, Gemma’s paintings reflect mysticism, dynamism, and inspiration taken from the natural world.
